1. OS sudah dilengkapi Microsoft Visual C++ 2005-2008 dan Microsoft Net Framewrok 1-4, cek aja di control panel > programs and features.. kalau belum ada silahkan cari dimbah google dan install.
2. Buka Setup.rar lalu Instal
3. Dalam proses instalasi, akan ditanya license key. Pilih Use a locally installed Licence Key dan next
4. Lalu browse for key, cari LICENSE.lxk yang ada di dalam rar crack nya (Extraxt dulu rar ini)
5. Klik install lalu yes pada jendela tersebut. Close jendela tersebut jika sudah selesai
6. Lanjut instalasi dengan klik next saja sampai finish dan close jangan di RUN dulu.
7. Copy "BIN" folder yang ada di rar crack yg sudah di extract ke "C:\Program Files\Labcenter Electronics\ Proteus 7.7 Profesional" Jika ada pertanyaan muncul dari windows, pilih copy and replace semuanya.
8. Copy "Models" folder yang ada di rar crack yg sudah di extract ke "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Labcenter Electronics\Proteus 8 Professional" Ingat pilih copy and replace.
9. Semua telah berhasil, sekarang Proteus 7.7 Profesional bisa dijalankan.

Tips dan Trik Alternatif Pelarut (etching) PCB Menggunakan Vixal dan Vanish

Pada umumnya untuk melarutkan PCB kita pake larutan Ferric Chloride ( FeCl3 ) yg biasanya dijual ditoko-toko elektronika dan harganya kisaran 3000-5000 per ons nya, dan biasanya pelarutan pake FeCl3 terbilang agak lama.

Lebih bagus lagi kalo pakai HCL, H202, H20 (Air) untuk perbandingannya, HCL:H202:Air = 1:2:4 atau sesuaikan dgn kebutuhan. Prosesnya lebih cepat dengan memakai Ferric Chloride ( FeCl3 ).

Nah untuk kali ini saya berbagi Tips Alternatif Pelarut PCB ( etching ) menngunakan Pembersih lantai ( Vixal ) dan Pembersih noda pakaian ( Vanish ) yang mana kedua bahan tersebut sudah mengandung HCL:H202.

- Vixal = mengandung HCl 17%  
- Vanish = mengandung H2O2 50%

Sekarang kita tinggal mencampurkan kedua bahan tersebut dengan perbandingan Vixal : 2 dan Vanish :1 ( 2:1) dan prosesnya gak jauh beda dengan memakai HCL, H202, H20 (Air) langsung.

NB : 

• Setelah selesai proses etching pcb, bersihkan dari sisa tone menggunakan tinner A dan keringkan.
• Beri lapisan minyak gondorukem dan kemudian keringkan/jemur dipanas matahari selama 10 menit.
• Sisa Larutan simpan kedalam botol kaca yg ada tutupnya, misal botol Kratindaeng atau wadah plastik yg ada penutupnya. jika sewaktu-waktu mau digunakan lagi.
